Growth spaces
My body isn’t an object I live in.
It’s a home I’m learning to love.
When we truly land in the body, the soul finally calms.
The way back to yourself is through breath, feeling, and the courage to be with every emotion.
The body is a gateway to truth.
And when a woman truly connects with her body, life flows through her differently.
In our sessions, we
slow down and build regulation and body awareness,
meet your true rhythm, and your womb’s,
support and balance the nervous system, bring presence to the breath, and open new space in the body.
This creates safe, soft, holding ground for real healing.
We bring clarity and explore blocks,
naming what stops you from feeling, loving, opening, or creating the relationship and sexuality you want.
The universe wants to give you what you ask for, but some parts resist, fear, or froze along the way. We bring them home with love, presence, and tenderness.
The process is somatic, embodied, and experiential,
through breath, movement, voice, guided imagery, and aspecting.
The body learns new patterns of safety, love, and aliveness.

Yoni Steam: a ritual of self-love, softness, and connection to the body.
A gentle, intimate meeting for women who want to pause, breathe, and truly listen to their bodies.
Warm steam and medicinal herbs support the pelvis, womb, and vulva.
The steam boosts circulation, softens tension and holding, supports cleansing and release, and brings grounding, softness, and inner connection.
The ritual can support:
• Premenstrual softening
• Preparing for pregnancy
• Reconnecting with your body and femininity
• Emotional release and self-compassion
• Slowing down and listening deeply to your pelvis and womb
This space invites you to be truly present with yourself.
When did you last stop to listen to your yoni? Your womb? What your body is telling you?
In the session, you’ll learn techniques from Tantra, breathwork, and body-emotion work to deepen your connection with your pelvis, womb, yoni, and whole body.
You’ll choose the herbal blend that feels right for you in that moment, and leave with simple practices to continue at home.

Pregnancy Support & Ecstatic Birth
I’m currently in an in-depth international Ecstatic Birth training.
After a decade of body-connection work, I began this year, and I’m amazed by the wisdom we women hold to support ourselves through birth, this powerful initiation.
It’s a deep privilege to lovingly support mothers who wish to explore ecstatic, orgasmic birth.
Through conversation and body practice, in person or online. Reach out to learn more.

A Couples Water Date: Through the Tantra Mirror
Why a couples date?
Relationships need magic, not just routine. They need nourishment and renewal, especially now.
No need to impress, just truly meet. Held by soft water and Tantric wisdom, you release, rest, and connect.
Why water?
Breath by breath, the water becomes a third partner, inviting mutual listening, full presence, and release.
Your bond is nourished with simple pleasure, wrapped in warmth, and you, wrapped in water, return to the womb together.
Why Tantra?
The practices come from Tantra and add a spiritual layer to physical connection.
Together, Tantra and water offer a conscious experience of pleasure, listening, and deep connection with life, plus simple, creative practices to take home and keep nourishing your relationship and intimacy.
In the workshop you’ll receive:
• Connection to yourself, as a couple, and in the body
• Rest and nervous system support
• Playfulness and a reminder of goodness
I see the couple’s space as the holiest of holies, a place of constant learning and growth.
I’m here to support, empower, cheer, and celebrate your relationship.
Pools are near Binyamina and Pardes Hanna, with a safe room nearby if needed.
Price: 655 ILS per couple
Duration: 2.5 hours
Warm showers, hot drinks, and tasty snacks on site.
Women’s Circles & Red Tent
A circle of connection, truth, feminine healing, and sisterhood.
A living, breathing space to drop your masks, breathe deeply, and remember you don’t have to walk alone.
The circle is for women seeking true connection with themselves, their bodies, their hearts, and each other.
Bring your emotion, fatigue, joy, confusion, passion, fears, and dreams, and feel held by a soft, non-judgmental community of women.
Through open sharing, Tantra, breath, movement, meditation, and body-emotion work, we create space for:
• Deep connection to yourself and your body
• Healing through sharing and listening
• Belonging and sisterhood
• Opening your heart and authentic voice
• Connection to pleasure and life force
• Being exactly as you are
This space asks only for presence.
Not to be “perfect” or “strong,” but real. Everything has a place in the red tent.
Each circle explores a different theme: femininity, relationships, self-love, the body, conscious sexuality, boundaries, softness, freedom, and self-expression.
Depth meets lightness, laughter, movement, and simple human connection.
Because sometimes, women simply meeting is medicine.
I grew up in a home where touch, emotion, and expression didn’t always feel safe, or come when I needed them most.
As a child, I learned to hold on, shut down, and cut off parts of myself to keep going.
Only at 31 did I first cry from the heart. From there, my emotions began to flow and my parts to reconnect.
Life led me to study traditional Tantra in Koh Phangan, Thailand, into deep journeys of healing, breath, conscious sexuality, and emotional-body work.
At first, I didn’t realize how much the body holds memories, fears, longings, and blocks. Slowly I found that softness, pleasure, and freedom live there too.
Life moves through my body every moment. I just often forget to notice.
One day, in cobra pose during yoga, breathing into my heart, something melted and I began to cry.
Not from weakness, but from connection. A river of emotion.
My body taught me a simple truth: when we stop fighting ourselves, something new is born.
Working deeply with women, I’ve learned that true healing comes not from “fixing” ourselves, but from listening and accepting.
Listening to the heart.
To passion.
To fear.
And to the parts that for years only asked to be seen. With love.
Today I create spaces where people feel safe to be who they are. So much life energy wants to emerge right where there is conflict and resistance, where an inner child is afraid and needs a hug. Simply a hug, and acceptance.
I believe that when a woman truly connects to her sexuality, emotions, voice, and heart, her whole life changes.
How she loves, shows up, breathes, asks, sets boundaries, and experiences pleasure and life.
Perhaps that’s why, for so long, women were cut off from their bodies, voices, and natural power.
Because a connected woman is a living woman.
A woman who feels.
A woman who knows.
When we heal our connection to ourselves, we transform our relationships, how we love, and the world we create.
This is part of my soul’s mission: to create a safe space for this discovery.
It’s a great privilege to walk this path with women.
