Hi Ahuva, I'm Efrat.
I accompany women and people on a journey of deep connection to the body, to pleasure, to emotions, and to the life that is always beneath the surface and waiting to be given space.
My mission is to remind you who you are when you are truly connected to yourself - living, breathing, feeling, loving.
Who am I and what brings me here
From a young age, I learned to hide.
My thighs, my body, my feelings.
I grew up in a warm, loving home, but emotions had no place, and sexuality was barely spoken of.
I disconnected from my body, my beauty, my power.
Yet something always burned in me.
Something calling me back.
At 30, I traveled east. In Koh Phangan, I stumbled into a traditional Tantra school.
From day one, my body began to speak.
Two years of daily Tantra yoga, breath, voice, and presence opened gates I never knew existed.
I stood naked before a mirror and chose to see beauty.
I danced naked, breathed, cried, trembled, expanded, and was reborn.
What has changed in me
And the mission that was born
Life has shown me over and over again:
True healing does not only occur in “light.”
It happens within the poles - in pleasure and pain, in the changes of the body, in the transitions of life, in a heart that is broken and rebuilt.
There I learned to choose life.

With love.
My work today is based on this journey - a journey of healing, of connection, of standing naked in front of myself.

I'm not looking to replace you with anything.
